CHAPTER 1 – USING THIS EBOOK

This very first chapter is a brief introduction to the book, as well as how to use it.

In fact, this ebook is an interactive one – meaning each time you’ll come across an underlined word or sentence, it’ll take you to an article, podcast or even video.

In the Table Of Contents, each part of each chapter is underlined – meaning that you’ll only need to click on a certain one you’d like to read, and it’ll automatically take you to that particular section of the book.

AM + PM skin care routine. Everything on how to construct a proper skin care routine for yourself, including a few of my favorite products recommendations.

Face massages. Why face massages are an incredibly underrated practice, and my favorite tutorials to follow.

Teeth + mouth care routine. How can you take care of your teeth more effectively, but without breaking the bank? Here are my best tips!

Hair care routine. I kept it real simple and only included tips and hacks that we could all benefit from.
