Hey, pretty people!

Cellulite and stretch marks are nobody’s friends, and they can be quite the stressful problems to deal with.

Natural solutions are quite easy to come by, and everybody promises the perfect solution with a bunch of weird ingredients that are sometimes hard to find.

This recipe features a total of 3 ingredients, and the best part is – you most likely already own all of them!

Ready to find out more about it?

Let’s get started!

YOU’LL NEED

  • 1 + 1/2 cup of Coffee Grounds
  • 1/2 cup of Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 cup of Castor Oil

Now that we have all the ingredients gathered, it’s time to talk about why this product works.

COFFEE GROUNDS

Coffee grounds, our exfoliant, are a great source of anti-oxidants and, obviously, caffeine. Caffeine helps dilate blood vessels, therefore reducing the appearance of skin dimples. Moreover, it will tighten skin, improve blood circulation and eliminate excess water.

COCONUT OIL

One of the most popular ingredients when it comes to DIY skincare, coconut oilhelps smoothing and moisturizing the skin. Also, it may help boost collagen production, which helps firming and tightening the skin.

CASTOR OIL

Lastly, castor oil. I was quite surprised when I came across some of the benefits of this oil for your body! When it’s absorbed into the skin, in fact, it helps lymph circulation and, consequently, helps cells and tissues receive nutrients and oxygen.

Alright, let’s get crafting!

The first thing you want to do is melt your coconut oil completely, until it’s a perfectly smooth and clear liquid.

Once you’ve done that, add your castor oil to it. Stirring the oils together first will speed up the mixing process with the coffee, and ensure you have the perfect scrub.

Now you want to pour your liquid into the coffee grounds, and mix everything together as well as you can.

As soon as you feel like the scrub is ready, leave it to rest for 10-15 minutes.

This will allow the ingredients to really blend togther and get to know each other, ensuring a better application and effectiveness of the product.

You are free to use this scrub how many times you’d like, but I would advise you not to exceed. Every other day should suffice.

♡  Thank you so much for reading! I hope we kept each other company for a while. Have a wonderful day! ♡
