Hey, pretty people!

I haven’t brought many body scrubs on the blog, which is why I started focusing more on them lately.

There are many recipes online, but I always like to experiment and come up with something new.

This body scrub is all about smoothing and hydrating your skin, and is only made from 3 ingredients.

It’s extremely easy and quick to make, and you will be able to see results right after the first use.

Ready to see how it’s made?

Let’s get started!

YOU’LL NEED

  • 1 cup of Sea Salt
  • ½ cup of Coconut Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons of Honey

Before starting, let’s talk a little bit about why this body scrub is so amazing.

SEA SALT

First and foremost, sea salt is not only the exfoliating part of the recipe, but also an amazing skin detoxifier. It will absorb the toxins from your skin, but also get rid of dead skin cells. It will clean out pores and evenly moisturize your body.

COCONUT OIL

I am pretty sure that you already know that coconut oilis the tool of champions, but it really is one of the best skincare ingredients out there. This oil and its anti-bacterial properties act more as a ‘breakout prevention’. Also, coconut oil is an amazing anti-aging moisturizer.

HONEY

Honey is one of the most amazing ingredients when it comes to adding much needed glow and fight dullness. Moreover, it’s great for moisturizing and fighting acne and blemishes!

Ok, let’s get crafting!

The first thing you want to do is melt your coconut oil completely. As soon as you have a completely clear and smooth liquid, it’s time to add the honey to it and stir everything together.

You want the ingredients to be completely blended together, so mix for a couple of minutes more than you think.

Now that you have your liquid ready, it’s time to add it to the sea salt and mix everything together once more.

Once you are satisfied with the consistency of the mixture, your body scrub is all ready to go!

♡  Thank you so much for reading! I hope we kept each other company for a while. Have a wonderful day! ♡
