Hey, pretty people!

I don’t know about you, but my face has been definetely feeling the weather changing these days.

I have combination to oily skin, but lately my complexion has been looking kinda dull and dry. It can happen from time to time, but it’s never been so annoying.

I have been playing around with Earl Grey Tea for skincare for a while, and I have to admit I am deeply enjoying it.

Its plumping and moisturizing effects have been the highlights of my days, and I am positive you will love this exfoliating mask just as much as me!

OK, let’s get started!

YOU’LL NEED

  • A bag of Earl Grey Tea grounds
  • 1 Tablespoon of Coconut Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon of Honey

Before starting with the directions, let’s get up close and personal and get to know a little bit more about these ingredients.

EARL GREY TEA

Earl Grey Tea is not only a delicious beverage, but also a great plumping and moisturizing ingredient for your skin. Moreover, it can also help fighting radical free damages and texture.

COCONUT OIL

Coconut Oil, on the other hand, is basically the best product to invest in when it comes to diy skincare. Not only it will provide a great amount of moisture, but it will also help you fight acne and blemishes (between the other 1772 things it does!).

HONEY

Lastly, honey is the best natural ingredient when it comes to glow. Your skin will have a beautiful aura added to it, and will look softer and plumper in no time!

Ok, now let’s craft this DIY Moisturizing Exfoliating Face Mask!

The first thing you want to do is make your tea. Leave the bag in for about 5 minutes, than remove it and carefully remove the grounds. Careful, it’s hot!

While the tea is infusing, melt your coconut oil completely.

Once you have a perfectly liquid and smooth solution, add your honey to it and stir everything. Keep mixing for a few minutes to make sure the two ingredients are blended!

Now that you have everything ready, it’s time to add the grounds and mix the ingredients some more. Wouldn’t you know it, your mask is all ready to go!

APPLICATION

Leave it on for 15-20 minutes, and you can repeat the process for 2-3 times a week. Your skin will softer, moisturized and plumper right after the first use!

♡  Thank you so much for reading! I hope we kept each other company for a while. Have a wonderful day! ♡
