DIY Blend for Oily Skin with Chamomile and Essential Oils | DIY Face Spray

DIY Blend for Oily Skin with Chamomile and Essential Oils | DIY Face Spray

Hey, pretty people!

You may think face sprays only target dry skin types. Well, you may want to think again

DIY Face Sprays, much like body scrubs, are quite easy to customize according to your needs and likings. Just by switching off a few ingredients, you can simply cater to your skin type – and you don’t really need to spend too much money on it!

This DIY Face Spray is perfect for more oily skin types, as well as more sensitive and acne-prone complexions. Interestingly enough, the main ingredient is chamomile tea!

This product includes a total of 5 ingredients, which may seem like much, but I promise it’s worth it. Also, they’re all pretty common and cheap ones.

So, are you ready to find out why this DIY blend for oily skin is so spectacular?

Let’s get started!

Do you want to literally glow up overnight using the Light Feminine method? Click here!

YOU’LL NEED

  • 1/2 cup of Chamomile Tea
  • 5 drops of Eucalyptus Essential Oil
  • 5 drops of Tea Tree Essential Oil
  • 7 drops of Lavender Essential Oil
  • 1  Vitamin E Oil tab
  • A container of your choice

Before getting started with the ingredients, I would like to quickly touch the container subject.

I personally used a spray bottle, mainly because I feel more comfortable with this; however, if you plan to use this blend as a toner/serum, feel free to pick whichever container you prefer!

CHAMOMILE TEA

Chamomile tea is the base of our blend, just like all the other blends I made. This liquid is extremely gentle on the skin, and works perfectly on every skin type; also, it can help control and treat acne and breakouts.

EUCALYPTUS ESSENTIAL OIL

Eucalyptus essential oil is quickly becoming one of my favorite oils ever; also, I featured it in my headache blend a little while ago. It’s an amazing ingredient when it comes to cleaning your skin from toxins and heal acne and scars; also, it can help reduce redness. Moreover, it has a very refreshing element to it!

TEA TREE ESSENTIAL OIL

Tea tree essential oil is another ingredient designed to give you the best looking skin ever! It will help you treat acne, scars and blemishes, as well as redness. Also, it can help reduce texture.

LAVENDER ESSENTIAL OIL

Lastly, lavender essential oil. This is another ingredient that is often present in my DIYs, because it pretty much covers so many problems! It provides just the right amount of moisture to your complexion, while fighting against redness and itchiness. Also, it helps treat acne and breakouts.

Alright, let’s get crafting!

The first thing you want to do is make your chamomile tea. Leave the tea bag infusing into the water for 5 minutes, then take it out and let the liquid cool down for 15/20 minutes. This is also the perfect time to add your Vitamin E Oil tab.

Once your wait is over, it’s time to add the essential oil drops. There really isn’t a true order for this, so just add the drops as you like and give the mixture a thorough stir.

All you have to do now is pour the liquid into your container. And your DIY blend for oily skin is ready to go!

Just remember to shake it before using.

♡  Thank you so much for reading! I hope we kept each other company for a while. Have a wonderful day! ♡
